Refund and Returns Policy

Thank you for shopping with Milayen. Please read our policy carefully before making a purchase.

  1. Print-on-Demand, Made-to-Order Products

All items sold on Milayen feature our own original designs, which are printed on demand rather than kept in pre-printed stock. Customers select from our existing catalog of designs (in the color, size, and product style available) — we do not create custom designs based on customer-submitted requests, images, or text. Because each item is made to order:

We do not accept returns or exchanges for “change of mind,” incorrect size selection, or personal preference (style, color, design placement, etc.), unless the item is defective or incorrect due to our error (see Section 2).
All sales are final once production has begun. Orders cannot be canceled or modified more than 2 hours after purchase, as production starts shortly after checkout.

  1. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

We stand behind the quality of our products. If you receive an item that is:

Physically damaged in transit,
Printed incorrectly (wrong design, wrong size, or wrong item than what you ordered), or
Defective in material or workmanship,

please contact us at [email protected] within 7 days of the delivery date shown in tracking. To process your claim quickly, please include:

Your order number,
Clear photo(s) of the defect/damage and the product tag/label,
A photo of the shipping label/packaging (for damage claims).

Claims submitted after 7 days, or without sufficient photo evidence, may not be eligible for a refund or replacement.

Resolution: Upon verification, we will offer, at our sole discretion, either a free replacement or a store credit. Cash refunds are considered only when a replacement is not feasible.

  1. Size Exchanges

Because each item is produced individually after an order is placed rather than kept as pre-printed retail stock, we are unable to offer instant size exchanges. If you ordered the wrong size:

We recommend checking our Size Chart carefully before ordering, as this is your responsibility.
If you would still like a different size, you may place a new order at your own cost. We do not offer free size exchanges unless the item received does not match the size you originally selected at checkout, due to our production error.

  1. Non-Returnable Items

The following are never eligible for return, refund, or exchange:

Items marked as Final Sale.
Items that have been washed, worn, altered, or damaged by the customer after delivery.
Orders where the delivery address provided by the customer was incorrect or incomplete.
Digital products/gift cards.

  1. Lost or Delayed Shipments

If tracking shows your order as delivered but you did not receive it, please contact the shipping carrier first, then reach out to us within 7 days; we will assist but are not liable for packages confirmed delivered to the address provided.
For packages lost in transit (no delivery scan after 30 days from shipment for domestic US orders), contact us at [email protected] and we will send a replacement or store credit after confirming with the carrier.

  1. Refund Method & Processing Time

Approved refunds are issued as store credit by default. Refunds to the original payment method are issued only at our discretion and may take 5–10 business days to reflect, depending on your bank/card issuer.
Original and return shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases of confirmed shop error.
We do not refund any shipping, taxes, or duties already paid once an order has shipped, except as required by law.

  1. How to Start a Claim

Email [email protected] with your order number and issue details. Our support team typically responds within 1–2 business days. Please do not send items back to us without prior authorization — unauthorized returns will not be accepted or refunded.

  1. Your Rights

This policy is designed to comply with applicable consumer protection laws in the United States. Nothing in this policy limits any statutory rights you may have that cannot be waived under applicable law.
