1. About Milayen
Milayen is a print-on-demand (POD) store featuring original clothing and poster designs created in-house by our team. Unlike traditional retailers, we do not hold pre-made inventory — each item is printed only after an order is placed, using our own original artwork and designs. This allows us to offer unique products while minimizing waste.

2. Eligibility
By using this Site, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, or are using the Site under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

3. Products and Pricing

  • All product descriptions, images, and prices are provided for informational purposes and may be updated without prior notice.
  • Because our products are custom-printed, actual colors and sizing may vary slightly from what is displayed on screen due to monitor settings and printing processes.
  • We reserve the right to limit quantities, refuse orders, or correct pricing errors at our discretion.

4. Orders and Payment

  • Orders are confirmed once payment is successfully processed.
  • Payments are securely processed through Stripe. Milayen does not store your credit card information; all payment data is handled directly by Stripe’s secure payment infrastructure.
  • You are responsible for providing accurate billing, shipping, and contact information at checkout.

5. Production and Shipping

  • As a print-on-demand business, each order is custom-made after purchase, so production typically takes 1-3 business days before shipping.
  • Estimated delivery time is 1-10 business days depending on your location, in addition to production time.
  • Shipping costs, if applicable, will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
  • Milayen is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or events beyond our reasonable control.

6. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

  • Because our products are printed on demand only after you place an order, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as incorrect size selection or change of mind.
  • If your order arrives damaged, defective, or misprinted, please contact us at [email protected] within 1 days of delivery with photos of the issue, and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 14 business days.

7. Intellectual Property
All designs, artwork, logos, and content on this Site are the property of Milayen or used under proper license. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content from this Site for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.

8. User Conduct
You agree not to use the Site for any unlawful purpose, to infringe on the rights of others, or to disrupt the operation of the Site.

9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Milayen shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or products purchased through it.
